Become a certified instructor.
Two tracks: ACT (Armed Civilian Tactics) for schools and training facilities, and DTAC for law enforcement agencies. You leave able to teach the integrated firearms-and-hands-on system we pioneered, to a standard you can stand behind.

Certification tracks
ACT Instructor Certification
Teach the Armed Civilian Tactics system at your school or range: firearms and empty-hand, trained as one.
DTAC Instructor Certification
Defensive-tactics instructor certification for agencies. Standardize your training and reduce liability.
Standards that mean something
Certification means you can perform it and teach it, not that you showed up. We hold the line so your credential carries weight.
Who this is for
Instructors who want a system that holds up when it counts, and a standard they can put their name on.
School and range owners
Add an integrated firearms and empty-hand curriculum your members cannot get anywhere else, taught as one system instead of two.
Agency and academy trainers
Bring DTAC in house so your officers train the way they will actually fight, on your schedule and your mats.
Serious individual instructors
Earn a credential that means something, backed by the people who built the system and still teach it.
Anyone tired of the fluff
We stripped out the cool-guy theater and kept what works. If that is what you are looking for, you will fit right in.
Common questions
What can I teach once I certify?
You leave certified to deliver the track you trained in: ACT for civilian and facility instruction, DTAC for law enforcement. You teach the integrated firearms and empty-hand system to our standard, not a watered down version of it.
Do I need to be an expert shooter or a black belt first?
You need a solid foundation and a serious attitude. This is instructor level training, so come ready to work. Start an inquiry and we will tell you honestly whether you are ready or what to shore up first.
How is the training run?
Scenario based and hands on, in real conditions, under stress. You do not rise to the level of your expectations, you fall to the level of your training, so we train the reality instead of the demo.
What about recertification and support?
Certification is the start of a relationship, not a piece of paper. Reach out about recert timing, updated curriculum, and ongoing instructor support.
